Come join the fun for a full 1.5 hours! Here we incorporate boxing, cardio kick, light weights and toning to help you build leaner muscles.

Step Power Flex


By combining the step workout with cardio kick movements, join us for work and fun along with light weights for strength and toning.

Tabata Spin


Are you in a cardio rut? Shake up your cardio and change your body.  This 30 minute class is scientifically proven to be the most effective cardio ever.  The class consists of 30 minutes of high intensity interval training (HIIT) with a 4 minute Tabata round at the end.  Tabata - It is 4 minutes of high-intensity training, alternating between 20 seconds of max training followed by a 10 second rest for a total of eight rounds.  These workouts are fast-paced, fun and will burn tons of calories!  All levels are welcome.
